Editorial role

Ali works with a small editorial team to research and produce the guides on this site. The team's approach is deliberately practical: start from real Australian job ads in each occupation, cross-check every regulated requirement against the body that sets it (AHPRA for nursing registration, the NDIS Commission for worker screening, the Fair Work Ombudsman for employment rules), and write examples that a real applicant could adapt in an afternoon.

ShiftResume does not claim credentials it doesn't hold. The site is an information publisher, not a recruitment agency, career-coaching practice or registered training organisation, and its guides are general information — not personal career, legal or migration advice. Where a topic needs a qualified professional, our guides say so and point to the relevant authority.
